At Pudgyspe, we take pride in the quality of our penguin figurines and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You initiate the return request within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
- The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging included.
2. How to Request a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with the following:
- Your full name and order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for processing once the return is received.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
5. Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange an item for another of equal value if the original was damaged or defective. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or limited-edition figurines marked “Final Sale”
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
